Address and or sketched drawing
"Exact" measurements of fascia (no wastage allowance)
Roof Pitch (if multiple pitches please label each face)
Site photos If possible

2. Purchase Order

Or other form of written request such as an email request

3. Your Estimate Requirements

a) Estimate Type

Metal Roof / Concrete Tile Roof / Slate Roof / Terracotta Roof / Wall Cladding / Purlins / Frame / Plaster Board / Light Weight Cladding, etc.
